LPI Racing Terms & Conditions

All orders placed with LPI Racing at subject to the terms & conditions outlined below. Please contact us with any questions by email at sales@lpiracing.com or by phone at (406) 420-2400.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to maintain accurate pricing on the website, but delays in communication do occur. If the price for your order increases as a result of an inaccurate price on the website, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.

Payment

LPI Racing accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Personally identifiable information may be collected from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the pages you visited to assist in improving our website. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

International Orders

Please contact LPI Racing at (406) 420-2400 for international order inquiries. If accepted, international orders require prepayment in advance via wire transfer.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to California addresses.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on non-oversized orders over $150 and under 40lbs.  Otherwise, standard shipping is via UPS Ground and is based on the weight and dimensions of each shipment. Expedited shipping options are available. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us directly to confirm product availability for expedited shipping.

Shipping costs for large items that ship via freight truck may be collected upon delivery by the freight company.

Please inspect all packages for damage and verify package contents immediately upon receipt of shipment. Inform the delivery agent of any damages. All packages are shipped from LPI Racing in good condition. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify the delivery agent of any claim for mishandled packages that are damaged during shipping. If any errors or short shipment noted when inspecting the package contents, please contact LPI Racing so that we can resolve the matter quickly and to your satisfaction.

Returns and Exchanges

Special and Custom orders are not returnable. This includes wheel spacers, wheel studs, and wheel bolts. Please measure your application carefully.

Product returns are accepted with a valid RMA number and must be made within 30 days of product delivery subject to the restocking & handling policy outlined below. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless an error was made by LPI Racing in fulfilling the original order. Please contact LPI Racing for an RMA number prior to return and re-package items to be returned with care as items not received in resalable condition will not be credited. In order to receive credit for a return, the item must be in resalable condition, in its original packaging and cannot have been installed, modified, or mishandled by the customer. Items not in resalable condition or returned without a valid RMA will be returned to the customer and shipping costs will be charged to the customer’s credit card.

All order cancellations and returns are subject to a restocking & handling fee of up to 25% of the cancelled or returned order. These fees are not intended to generate income for LPI Racing, but to reasonably cover the costs incurred for a cancelled or returned order. These costs may include inbound freight on special orders, restocking fees paid by LPI Racing, resources spent on order/return processing, product inspection, and the cost of returning an item to inventory that may not be readily resold. The restocking & handling fee may be reduced if the customer accepts a store credit in lieu of refund. A store credit must be used within one year of the date issued.

LPI Racing may accept returns for exchange without a restocking & handling fee so long as the returned parts are in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges in conjunction with the exchange.

Disclaimer of Warranty by Seller and Release of Liability

Livermore Performance Inc. dba LPI Racing does not offer and hereby disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose for merchandise provided by Livermore Performance Inc. dba LPI Racing. Livermore Performance Inc. dba LPI Racing neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with any sale. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correctness of size and application of the merchandise before installation. Livermore Performance Inc. dba LPI Racing makes no representations about the appropriateness of merchandise for use on the street or race track as such uses may expose the merchandise to conditions not anticipate in the design and application of the merchandise. Livermore Performance, Inc. dba LPI racing makes no representations regarding the suitability of using the merchandise for such applications or the effect of such use on the manufacturer’s warranty. For merchandise which may involve competitive applications, Buyer acknowledges such activities are inherently dangerous and releases Livermore Performance, Inc. dba LPI Racing from any risks attendant thereto as well as for any risks arising from misuse or improper application.

Warranty

Products purchased from LPI Racing are only covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and under the conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty is subject to the inspection and approval of the manufacturer. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs include shipping to and from LPI Racing and include shipping costs to and from the manufacturer. The manufacturer may replace or repair a warranty part at their discretion.

There is no warranty on electrical items, race pads or brake pads and rotors used on the racetrack unless specified by the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover negligent installation or use of a product for any purpose other than what said product is specifically designed for. No labor cost or inconvenience costs may be included in any warranty claim. All warranty returns must include a copy of the original sales receipt and must have prior approval by LPI Racing. No returns will be accepted without an authorized RMA.

Please Note:

LPI Racing sells some aftermarket products that are designed to never be used on public streets or highways

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to know applicable local, state and federal regulations regarding the purchase and installation of aftermarket parts for their vehicle.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to know the rules and regulations of the sanctioning bodies they are associated with such as SCCA, NASA, NHRA, etc.

Racing is a dangerous sport. Please keep it on the track. LPI Racing does not approve or encourage illegal forms of racing. Keep your streets and highways safe for all of us. For information about legal racing and open track events, check out the website of your local race track facility(ies). Many have a list of contacts you can call or email for more information.
