Porterfield Carbon Kevlar R-4 Racing Brake Pad:  AP 872 R-4 

Porterfield R-4 Carbon Kevlar Competition brake pads are designed for motorsports use. The R-4 compound is very versatile with optimun temperatures as low as 450?F. The R-4 coumpound operates across a wide temperature range while being able to maintain an average ? of .50 and greater. The R-4 brake pads require minimal bed-in time compared to other motorsports brake pads.

Typical AP 872 R-4 applications are Mercedes Benz (R171) SLK280 and SLK300. (W203) C240, C350, C230, C320 and TSX. (W209) CLK320 and CLK350 front brakes..
