Porterfield Carbon Kevlar R-4 Racing Brake Pad:  AP 984 R-4 

Porterfield R-4 Carbon Kevlar Competition brake pads are designed for motorsports use. The R-4 compound is very versatile with optimun temperatures as low as 450?F. The R-4 coumpound operates across a wide temperature range while being able to maintain an average ? of .50 and greater. The R-4 brake pads require minimal bed-in time compared to other motorsports brake pads.

Typical AP 984 R-4 applications are Mercedes Benz (R171) SLK55 AMG. (R230) SL55 AMG, SL350, SL600 and SL65 AMG. (W209) CLK63 AMG and CLK55 AMG. (W211) E55 AMG. (W215) CL55 AMG, CL65 AMG and CL600 Twin Turbo. (W219) CLS55 AMG. (W220) S55 AMG, S600, S65 AMG and SL63 AMG. SLR McLaren rear brakes..
