Typical Raybestos R 767.17 ST45 applications are Ford Saleen Mustang w/ AP Racing Brake Kit. Also for aftermarket AP RACING CP3307, CP3215, CP3434, CP3720, CP4890, CP5000, CP5040, CP5200 brake calipers.

ST45 Compound-

Excellent choice for the heavy and fast track cars like the BMW, Camaro, Corvette and Mustang. The ST45 compound has an initial higher friction level than the ST43 up to about 900?F. The ST45 compound does give a bit extra over the ST43 though with an effective range of 1300?F on the top. Considered to have a very stable and consistent mid to high level friction.

Even with the extra friction the ST45 still has very good pad wear and keeps the user friendly features people like about the ST43. That makes the Raybestos ST45 a great track pad for the club racer as well as the HPDE and Open Track customer.

This has been very popular with the ZL1 Camaro and the GT-350R Mustangs. The ST45 works well front and rear and also works well up front with a ST43 rear pad in most applications. Also easy on rotor and pad wear.  The ST45 compound works very well for Endurance Racing, Open Track and Club Racing.
